The gym is fully equipped with the latest in PowerPlate and Gravity machines. We also have cardio-vascular, freeweights and stretch areas to meet all your health and fitness needs. Sweat towels are also available in the gym.

The locker rooms have complimentary towels and toiletries… and by popular request we also have GHD hair straighteners in the ladies!
